Being a celebrity of her kind, singer/actress Jennifer Lopez has always been under the watchful eye of the media. Her time in the spotlight may never end, at least not in the near future.

Both her career and her personal life have been of high interest to the public.

Recently, her name has made plenty of headlines amid her separation from husband Ben Affleck.

Speculations surrounding the end of the ‘Bennifer’ relationship increased after the pair were caught on camera during a seemingly uncomfortable and tense exchange at the 2023 Grammy Awards. The photo of Affleck from the event, in which he seemed to be bored, had gone viral and people took it as yet another sign that their relationship was crumbling.

Lopez and Affleck tied the knot in July 2022 after rekindling their engagement. Since then, their relationship has been in the public eye. Particularly after she acknowledged that their previous relationship had “crumbled under the pressure.”

Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce on the date that should have marked their second anniversary, August 20.

In a recent interview, Lopez said she’s enjoying being single. She highlighted her commitment to personal growth, saying, “I’m not looking for anybody… what if I’m just free?”

She, however, has been recently spotted with a new bodyguard, and her fans wonder if there is more to the story.

“Jen is not actively dating right now, but that doesn’t mean she can’t have fun,” the insider told Radar Online of the singer/actress’ love life. “She’s flirting where it’s safe to flirt and of course she’s attracted to the guy, but mostly she knows that it will drive Ben [Affleck] crazy.

“She didn’t want this divorce, but Ben’s always been the type to run from his problems. In her mind, a little flirting will redeem her image. After all, Jen is always the dumper, not the dumped,” they added.

Fans speculate that Lopez might be falling for her bodyguard, but only time will tell if there is truth behind that.

The only interesting detail we know about the mysterious man is that he served as her bodyguard during her UK trip outings.
